Founded on lived experience and driven by the principle that visibility is survival, we stand at the crossroads of social justice, industrial relations, and cultural authenticity.

Our movement emerged in response to systemic neglect, discrimination, and the urgent need for representation—especially for those whose stories have been sidelined, silenced, or stereotyped. Unity LGBTQ is dedicated to changing this narrative.

We unite workers, activists, elected representatives, union members, and allies to create a space where every identity is affirmed and every voice is empowered.

What We Do
